The American Bankruptcy Law Journal is a peer reviewed journal that publishes learned articles focusing on bankruptcy law and related subjects. It promotes the exchange of ideas about and deeper understanding of bankruptcy issues, particularly among its core audience that includes judges, bankruptcy professionals, academics, legislators and other policymakers. The American Bankruptcy Law Journal is published by the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges.
Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal
This is the only student-run bankruptcy journal in the United States. The Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal publishes semi-annually and hosts a symposium in the spring. This widely-read journal provides a forum for research, debate, and information for practitioners, scholars and the public.
